We currently offer shipping exclusively within Malaysia. This includes deliveries to locations in both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), subject to courier coverage and local delivery feasibility. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Fees

There are no additional charges for delivery, regardless of order quantity, location within Malaysia, or order value.
Shipping Timeframe
All Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 7 business days from the date your Order is confirmed and payment is received.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Order Processing and Handling
Upon placing an Order, You will receive an email confirmation. Our team will then proceed with Order preparation, including:

Products—especially food items—are handled with great care to ensure their quality and safety are preserved during storage and shipment.

- 1–3 business days within major cities in Peninsular Malaysia
- 3–5 business days for rural areas or East Malaysia

Delivery Address Accuracy

Receiving Orders

Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If an Order is returned to Us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the delivery, We reserve the right to:
